While the majority of Clients require Planning Permission and Building Regulation Approval on other occasions other services have been requested.

 

A simple measured Survey can be made and the Building drawn up. This has been done for several Clients who simply wish to have a record of their property, its rooms and square footage etc.

 

A draughting service can be offered for those who wish to make their own Applications. In these cases the drawings are produced, after which the Client can make a standard paper Application or if they wish an electronic copy can be supplied so that they can make an online Application.

 

Many Clients simply require a first approach to the Local Authority to ascertain the viability or otherwise of a particular idea.
